After 37 years in real estate experiencing franchise affiliations with Century 21, Prudential and RE/MAX as well as an independent firm, I am absolutely amazed at what I have witnessed since joining Keller Williams in the last month. Agent focus and agent support is the unwavering core of this remarkable organization. Over the next few days I will try to describe some of the many surprises and discoveries I have enjoyed including:
- A business plan that includes open books for all to see and be able to contribute to the success of the office
- An agent council representing all of the associates through a system that promotes growth and production and culture
- A culture of honesty, ethics and sincerity that strives for the best in everyone to be accentuated
- A support staff that exists solely for the agents and is truly excited for every success every day
- Programs developed for helping the KW family members in need, local communities and the real estate industry
- Tools that are extraordinarily useful with major cost savings such as unlimited REALTOR.com enhanced listings, multiple web pages, unlimited virtual tours, lead generation tools and client data bases, marketing materials and more and all for less than a monthly latte budget
- The owners, officers and staff at KW are accessible and enthusiastic about creating success for each and every agent
- Creativity and personalization allowed in the design of signs, business cards and marketing materials
- Business plans and systems that are designed by KW to create a clear and easy to follow road map to a successful and productive career, wealth building tools and an incredible overall environment
- Production successes are shared among all KW associates and those are just some of the topics I hope to share in my blog
To sum it up, it just works, and every real estate office should learn from this example.
Hope to hear from you about sharing my excitement about Keller Williams.
